The software can be installed on a single Windows server, or on multiple servers for increased performance. If you’d rather not deal with managing your own servers, Ademero also offers a fully managed hosting solution that you can set up for your business.

Users interact with the document management software apps via their web browser, whether that be Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, Mozilla’s Firefox, or Google’s Chrome browser. All functions occur within the browser, whether that be capturing, indexing, retrieving, approving or distributing. Content Central supports a wide variety of client systems, allowing for a diverse user base and device base. Windows, Mac and Linux systems are all supported by Content Central. The web interface provides all functionality to the end users, negating the need to install any special software on desktops or laptops, allowing for ease of adoption, ease of use and no desktop support requirements for application installs, updates or configurations. Other advantages of this web based system include quick deployment, controlled access, logged access and remote connectivity.

Content Central functions as the centralized hub for a businesses documents and images. Scanned images are automatically converted into fully searchable PDF files. All content can be retrieved via searchable keywords and via other indexed content information. Once the documents are stored in Content Central, a robust workflow engine allows the documents and data to be manipulated behind the scenes, based on system events or schedules. Built in email and fax capabilities allow for easy distribution without the need for additional software.

Some of the many features and functions that Content Central applications can offer users include; approval processing, electronic capture, paper capture, collaboration, distribution, editing, forms processing, indexing, integration with other software suites, document grouping via packets, search & retrieval, security, storage, 24×7 support & assistance, version control and a robust workflow engine.
