After
BackupHDDVD was released and added as a
SoureForge.net project, there have been many development efforts initiated to help improve the utility and add a Graphical User Interface (GUI) on top of the back end code. Multiple side projects are underway, including a C# and a Java based GUI project. Doom9 is hosting the discussion on
their forums, where the BackupHDDVD development, testing and improvements can be discussed. Here are a couple of screenshots of the new
